EITRAM does not directly store your full payment card information. Payment processing is handled through Shopify and the applicable payment provider.

EITRAM reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability issues, or other circumstances that prevent the order from being fulfilled.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or circumstances outside of EITRAM’s control.
