Order Processing



All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.


Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.


Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).





Shipping Time



Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days, depending on your location.


Please note that processing time (1–3 days) is separate from shipping time.


While most orders arrive within the estimated window, shipping times may occasionally vary due to carrier delays or high demand.





Order Tracking



As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.


Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping confirmation.


You can use the tracking number to follow your package until it arrives at your door.





Multiple Packages



Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the items purchased and fulfillment location.


If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number.





Incorrect Address



Please ensure that your shipping and billing address are correct when placing your order.


EITRAM cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
